Accommodation for the ARA-NSW/ACT 2024 is now available.
The Conference has secured a number of discounted rooms at the Hyatt Regency Sydney.

Accommodation is only available to be booked at the rates shown through the ARA-NSW/ACT 2024 registration portal.
All rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of all taxes and charges.

Full pre-payment is required 35 days prior to check-in and bookings are non-refundable within 35 days of the conference commencing.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Rooms are not guaranteed available until 3pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.   • A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.

  • During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email ASN Events if you have any queries regarding accommodation.

  • PARKING

    Wilson Parking From A$55
    For self-drive visitors, there is a Wilson Parking directly opposite the hotel (please note there are two entrances at 383 Kent Street or 168 Sussex Street). Please park your car and keep hold of your ticket. Then, contact the concierge desk to obtain a 24-hour, multi-entry, self-parking ticket for the car park at Hyatt Regency Sydney rates.

    For all vehicles taller than 2.1 metres, the nearest parking available is at the Sydney Fish Market at the corner of Pyrmont Bridge Road and Bank Street, Pyrmont.
